Blue Calypso has just announced that they have received a “Notice of Issuance” for a U.S. patent. It is for Patent number 8,438,055 titled “System and Method for Providing Endorsed Advertisements and Testimonials between Communication Devices” from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
Blue Calypso is part of the portfolio of companies guided by OmniView Capital and AJ Discala. This is Blue Calypso’s third patent and it would allow the addition of personalized rich media such as pictures and video to brand endorsements and syndicate brand content.
